Mama Mia

In late October we got to celebrate Mom's birthday. I can't remember the last time we've been all together for her birthday...so it was special. With that in mind I booked us on a "Mark Twain Adventure," ....or so the Ad read. We surprised Mom by taking her to a lake to enjoy a boat ride on an old-fashioned SteamBoat.

A leisure boat ride through the canyons of Saguaro Lake sounded great in theory.....reality not so much. I literally felt like my brain was dying.......slowly, ever so slowly. It was the longest 1 hour 22 minutes, and 14 seconds of my life.
